We're Skillmonger, and we exist because too much L&D is designed to tick boxes rather than change behaviour.
We started with a simple observation: when training is built around compliance requirements and theoretical frameworks instead of real work challenges, it fails. The result? Forgettable sessions, bored participants, and exactly zero behaviour change. You know this already. You've probably been fighting it for years.
So we built something different.
